Delivery fast and when promised. Heater looks nice and works well. Only downside is the rubbish wall fixing brackets. One bracket it all hangs on would be better and easier to install.

Arrived promptly and in good condition. I was hesitant about spending this on a desk fan, but am impressed with the quality, very low noise on the lower settings and the functionality. We are using it in a motorhome for while we sleep and its lower overall height and noise levels are a plus. Haven't sued it over a long period yet, but am hopeful - so far certainly looks worth the money (having both a couple of other pedestal fans elsewhere)

I was abit sceptical at first as I hadn’t used an infrared heater before. It exceeds my expectations. The temperature settings provide a great selection of comfort, rather than the hot or hotter halogen heater. And being able to turn the display off is a good addition. When it’s setup and running all you notice is the heat and not the heater. Really quite stylish. Order and arrived within 24hours, great product.
