Designer Childrenswear Tracking Order Status

I asked for a refund because I ordered the wrong item and they gave it to me no questions asked apart from my order number. I then ordered the right item but it came too small. I asked them if I could return it and they let me fill out a form and send it back to them. I don’t know how people are having bad experiences but in my case all my problems where resolved in less than 24 hours. May be shopping again if moose knuckles becomes true to size 😂😂

I said I would leave another message about this company when I had received my shoes. The shoes came and were great but sadly they did not fit. I had to pay return postage but I knew that when I bought the shoes so that is a downside. I did panic slightly as I had read the reviews on here about lack of refunds and I did send a few emails yesterday about my refund. Anyway today the lovely Sophie emailed me and explaining she was off yesterday. I have now had my refund and would say this is a good company to purchase from. The product is what it says it was. Thanks sophie for all your help. You give good customer service.

Firstly, can I say I have not received my shoes as yet as I only placed the order earlier today. BUT I have been speaking with customer services agent Sophie. All I can say is she has been excellent. She has been very kind and understanding and prompt in her replies. Thank you. I will update this when I receive my Chloe sandals.

I ordered a Versace dress, a mayoral dress and jumper for my daughter and the items came very quickly and packaged well. The price of the clothing was an absolute steal. I’m very happy with the service, 5 Stars for designerchildrenswear, I strongly recommend shopping with them. Also I spoke to the customer service team twice and they were very polite and helpful on both occasions.
