Descente Tracking Order Status

I bought a ski jacket from Descente for E650 in Val d'sere. I loved it. I wore it 13 days in total since then. It broke after 7 days (the first holiday), without a fall, just from wearing it....it's not small, it's not too big for me, the sims just fell apart. For no apparent reason! I am angry. And not because this happened, but for the fact they haven't replied to any of my emails!!! There is no other way of contacting them other than through the contact page on their website. Well, I did that many many times, and there is no response at all. A company of their reputation should do something about this! At least reply! I am upset, and I will never buy from them ever again. Full stop.

Best shoes so far! Now I can't wait to hit the gym and lose wait together with these lovelies.

Best jacket ever! Can't say I've worn it on the slopes but I have owned this jacket for years & love it

We bought a pair of Descente ski trousers D4-8120 for my soon 5 days ago, as my wife and I are both happy with our 15 years old Descentre ski trousers ... that almost do not have a scratch from many skiing vacations. However, we are equally dissapointed with the product quality these days. The trousers have around 10 cuts from skiis ... in 5 days, from normal usage. We went to Pitte Sports in Val d'Isere where we bought them, and they encouraged us to contact Descente. We have done so, and are looking forward to the reaction. And we wil lupdate this review accordingly. However, the product quality is not worthwhile spending money on. The choice of fabric is in-adequate for skiing trousers.
