Deptanonym Tracking Order Status

J'ai acheté un grand trench coat noir en fake leather noir entre 200 et 300 euros. Cela fait plus de 3 mois que je l'ai, pour l'instant tout se passe très bien. Aucun signe de mauvaise qualité à signaler. Le seul point négatif selon moi est le temps de livraison, comptez environ un mois

Clothes were decent and shipping was fairy timely. Return items (some way too large) was difficult. Customer service (via email) was initially helpful but my return package unfortunately was lost by the post office (not dept anonym’s fault). Problem is that I cannot get a refund from from the post office because I never received proper invoice from dept anonym. Customer service does not seem to know the difference between an order confirmation and an invoice and does not respond to emails anymore. Will definitely not order again.

Very hit and miss. The first item I ordered arrived within 2 weeks, was good quality and looked as advertised. The second took me 1,5 months of back and forth with the customer service always coming up with new excuses as to why it hasn't been shipped to finally be told that the item is out of stock and won't be replenished.

Well, I wish more people would read this before seeing an Instagram add and making a purchase. Company is simply in business for the short run and quick profit. Terrible drop shipping practices at their finest. Quality of goods varies from decent to outright garbage. It depends on the individual product as items are clearly sourced from different factories with variable degree of quality. No return/exchnage system if you order the wrong size which will likely happen and size are incredibly inconvenient between items, even in the same catefory. You pay for shipping both ways, all handled via email!? Too bad business like that exist with little to no consumer protection. I will probably file a backcharge with my credit card and get my money back that way.

Quality is ok customer service is great but who ever works at the warehouses are absolutely horrible it takes about 1-3 months just to receive the items you ordered I have received all of the items I order it just takes them for ever and honestly for the price your paying they qualify could improve for sure certain things are high quality in my opinion but certain things are horrible quality it just depends on what you order from them
