DELSEY Paris Tracking Order Status

J'ai acheté une (chère) valise noire garantie 5 ans. Une roulette se casse et l'on m'envoie une roulette grise parce qu'il n'y a plus de roulettes noires. Et je devrais me satisfaire de ce mouton à trois pattes. C'est indigne d'une marque comme Delsey à laquelle j'étais pourtant fidèle. Je ne réitèrerai pas l'expérience.

Achat d’une valise cabine 280€ en mai 2023. Après 3 utilisations la poignée rétractable se casse. Je me suis déplacé en boutique qui a refusé de prendre en charge le SAV, il doit se faire uniquement par internet. Première Suprise. Deuxième surprise on m’expédie une nouvelle poignée, en gros c’est à moi de faire le changement de pièces détachées. Je ne suis pas équipé pour cela. Troisième surprise j’ai reçu une poignée grise car il n’y a plus de noire !! Dans les conditions il est bien precisé que les pièces peuvent être de tous les coloris. Donc ma valise noire est desormais avec une poignee grise claire. je ne renouvellerai pas l'experience Delsay Paris.

Purchased a 29" spinner luggage from Delsey just before Covid hit. We went on our trip this year and found that the straps are NOT adjustable to fit the amount of clothes in the case. When I opened it up all of my clothes and accessories were all over the place. Nothing was where it should have been. It was like someone rifled through my case. When talking to Delsey they said they don't make adjustable straps an to send back the product UNUSED etc for them to look at. Well considering it would cost $100 to send back I decided not to do anything but suffer with this expensive luggage. Customer service is not there at all. Don't buy this product unless it has adjustable straps.

Une valise Delsey (sur 3 achetées en même temps) très abîmée (fermeture à glissière HS) après presque 3 ans d'utilisation. J'ai signalé le problème par email au sav delsey.com et j'ai reçu une nouvelle valise en remplacement. Un peu déçu de la qualité initiale de cette valise mais très satisfait du sav qui a remplacé la valise défectueuse sans problème puisque défaut survenu juste avant la fin de la garantie de 3 ans.

My brand new Delsey case got trashed on a recent long haul flight. I contacted Delsey USA and they agreed to replace it, but I heard nothing about it. When they realised I lived in the UK, the contacted their office in England. An awkward manager told me I had to return the case to him at my expense, it had to be bubble wrapped or boxed. He stated that if the damage was caused by a third party, the warranty would not be covered. The case has a 5 year warranty which is worthless. I'd never buy Delsey again. Absolutely awful service from the English office. I need to buy a replacement case and it won't be a Delsey.
