De Longhi Group Serviceontvangen van mij een warme douche! Wat een geweldige service hebben ze verleend aan reparatie aan onderdeel keukenmachine: via de (al een evengoede service van)de klantenservice het apparaat kosteloos zenden naar Belgie. Meteen een goede communicatie van ontvangst tot monteurswerk tot retourzending, En dan ook nog een reparatie in een rap tempo! Blij met jullie, en nogmaals dank!

Our dehumidifer stopped working after almost 2 years. I didn't realise it had a 2 year warranty, and by the time I did and rang them over 2 years had then passed. However, the nice woman on the phone offered to check with her manager and then said they would still honour the warranty. (What a contrast to awful companies like Candy and Currys.) They were unable to fix the machine, so offered a brand new replacement. Not only that, but they didn't have the same one in stock so offered to replace it with the much more expensive top-of-the-range one that was due to come into stock sooner. I don't consider it their fault that they were out of stock, because the cost of living crisis had caused most dehumidifiers of most brands to be out of stock, as people rushed to buy dehumidifiers to save money on energy use. They gave excellent customer service throughout. This is how a company should be run. They are a stark contrast to so many other big companies these days who act psychopathically. Delonghi are a shining beacon of hope in my eyes.

j ai acheté une Magnifica S plus ( celle avec l écran LCD ) en 2014, apres 11000 cafés l électronique à lâchée. j ai pu trouver la carte mère sur Internet ce qui relève du miracle 9 ans après ! je l ai changé moi même et la machine est repartie comme au premier jour ( a part le plateaux inox qui est bien rayé mais bon c est juste cosmétique) Donc bravo a la marque de continuer a proposer des pièces longtemps après ! et bravo pour la durabilité !
