I recently purchased a subscription to Deep Art Effects and attempted to upload a 24 MB video for processing. Despite having a stable and fast internet connection, the upload process is taking an unusually long time. I have reached out to customer support multiple times but have not received any response. This experience has been very frustrating, and I am now concerned about the legitimacy of the service. I expected a smoother experience and better support for a paid service. At this point, I feel quite disappointed and unsure if I should continue using this product.

Very reputable company with a very good product. I recommend them for their ability to render top notch AI art and quickly resolve any licensing issues you may have.

I am giving four stars for the impressive customer service I got up until yesterday. I love the product and wanted to buy it outright however, I missed the 30% promotion due to a personal reason. I contacted customer service for a coupon code because the product well good is very expensive. My Rep was Christiian and he was professional and well-mannered. My subscription was to be renewed in a few days from now. I received a notification of the renewal which I also appreciated. I was reading through the email and came across a statement, "Make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover your subscription." I am insulted and find this comment to be highly inappropriate. I have been with this company for a few years and not once have I seen this comment in a email or elsewhere. After a bad marriage I had to rebuild my credit and I have successfully done so. I never buy anything unless I have sufficient funds. No company big or small has the right to speak to a long-term or short-term client in this way. I love the software and feel torn. I know that I am likely not the first person to be treated in this manner. No matter how good a product is if you treat someone who purchases from you badly it looks bad on you. It also sends loyal customers looking elsewhere. In this financial climate you would think a company would be grateful for the business. Guess not.

I love the results from the software. Of course I only love a limited number of the things I try, but when I'm happy with an image, I am not just happy, I'm thrilled! My first series of abstracts is published on AboutBoulder.com search the site for Frieling I'm proud of the pics, and my most critical friends are being VERY flattering. They would not be if they did not mean it. Thanks!
