DecalGirl Tracking Order Status

I ordered a skin for my Yeti rambler, 20 oz. The product arrived with installation instructions for a kindle, and there were no instructions for the yeti on the website. The decal was in two pieces and the artwork doesn't match at the seams, which is very poor design! I emailed for help and got a response in a reasonable amount of time, but it was basic (common sense) hints. When I managed to get the decals installed, there are quite a few wrinkles , and I even had to make cuts to get it to lay flat. I'm sure that will shorten the life of the skin. I gave three stars because when I wrote back that I wasn't satisfied with the wrinkles, etc., I was offered the option to receive a replacement or refund. So - pretty good customer service, but a poor product.

I gave 5 stars because? they respond to emails. I purchased a drone skin when I received it there were some stickers missing for the extra batteries I emailed the company within a couple of hours this is the responds I received. ( Oh no James, I am so very sorry for this issue and thank you so much for letting us know. I am having these pieces shipped out to you. It may be Monday before they ship as the team has to make a print file for it. ) That is customer service. I received the package today August 5th 2022 everything is good. Also someone was complaining about the quality of the product I have flown my drown numerous times in very humid and hot weather and have had no problems with the stickers coming off. When I decide to change the look of my drone again the DecalGirl will be the only place I buy from.

Seller was great, shipping was great, and fit/ease of install was great. The loss of stars was due to poor quality of the decal. I ordered the matrix style, and the pics made it look brighter green and larger lettering. The decal I received had much smaller lettering and the green was very dark. From even a foot away the decal looks black, unless you get up close to it. Very disappointed. Since there are no reviews on the website itself, I hope this helps someone else that may be looking for this particular decal.

Excellent skin for my new drone. Easy to install even if you don’t have steady young hands. Because of the type of vinyl they use you can lift it back up and reposition it. No bubbles at all. Also, the detail is incredible and the fit is perfect. Shipping prices and shipping times are better than average. I bought a super nice drone and Decal Girl made it even better. Drone companies should offer this as an option. There are hundreds of colors and styles to choose from. I found it difficult to make a choice until I saw the F22 Raptor. Since I’m a pilot I had to have it. Overall great product. Buy one. You won’t be disappointed.
