Dearfoams Tracking Order Status

Whose idea was it to place a size sticker inside the shoe? It has ruined the soft suede inside and will look nasty after worn. Do better!

I placed order on 8/31/2024 not even 10 minutes went by and i realized i typed my delivery address backwards, i emailed and called like it says on Costo website that you can change order by calling or emailing, well that is not true this company refused to update the delivery address despite the shoes not even been shipped yet, they are a bad business please do not order from them. They refused to cancel and or change my address for deliver.

Too hard to get a hold of you. The slippers I got were too stiff on bottom.

Comfortable at first, but wearing indoors, they last at best one year. Why? The rubberized soles are so thin, they separate and delaminate after minimal wear. Given their price, one couldn’t expect much more.

Got a pair of these as a present for Christmas (from Costco) lasted about 3 months worn inside and then developed a large hole in the sole and the elastic on the top began to fail. I’m not using them excessively, I’m a normal weight (24 BMI), I don’t drG my feet, no justifiable reason for them failing so soon other than poor design/construction.
