DealBeds.com Tracking Order Status

Easy order delivered when they said it would , had a small hiccup with a loose part from transit, talked me through putting it back , offered to send out a tech but was an easy fix. Answered my calls and was very responsive, followed up a day later to make sure I was happy. Not sure of the other complaints but I have none.

Was really concerned. I placed my order and then found their reviews. Called them up to cancel, they made a valid point that people usually just come to these sites to complain. So I let it continue. My order was delivered 5-days later by FedEd. The next day the white glove folks turned up and set everything up. It was exactly as Customer Service said it would be. Everyone was polite and courteous and I love my new adjustable bed. I highly recommend these folks.

Mary, one of your customer service reps who helped me solve a delicate problem with my bed frame ordered through Amazon, handled my questions and requests with the most professional manner and provided the best experience I have had with any representative ever! Ordered Coaster complete bedroom furniture and to start did not receive mirror that was ordered and took another month to get it(and it was damaged on one corner). Still waiting on parts from chest drawer guides broke on every drawer(broke on arrival), not being properly installed at factory and starting to think I will never see them. After DealBeds had us jump through hoops to get them info they needed still no parts after three plus months and no communication from DealBeds about why taking so long or sorry about your luck. Buyer beware when trying to buy top quality furniture on line, you might want to go somewhere that you can see and test furniture before paying top dollar. Don't see me doing any further business with Dealbeds.com if this is their customer service.
