dbrand Tracking Order Status

All hail the robots.

My 1st dbrand did NOT disappoint. Super durable, but not bulky. Slip resistant (which is important on such an expensive phone) and very stylin' So many choices on skins. Keep the case, change the skins, absolutely!

Fun solid case and great screen protector setup. I should never have left them…be it ever so briefly.

I never do this, but my experience has been so good with dbrand that I just had to rave about it. It's also good to support behaviour you like :). My first order with them was in 2019, and I loved their skins so much that I got some for my family soon afterwards. Last year, 2024, I decided to buy their grip case for my phone. It held up quite well for the year, but I fidgeted a lot with it and the hard plastic shell inside of the case started cracking. I reached out to dbrand to raise the issue so they could improve on it in future product line ups, because I really liked the case. Their support offered to refund me, which was super nice of them. Their support is the highest quality support I've gotten, they were fast, competent, and to the point. The packaging is always so high quality that I feel bad about throwing it out and it isn't wasteful. Their products are also high quality. They are also proudly (made in) Canadian, love to support our friends across the pond. Really just 10/10 experience.

The packaging and the skins/cases feels high quality. They are expensive sure, but you’ll be hard pressed to find any other company that can match what Dbrand is offering and their customer service is an whole other level.
