Ordered a wedding ring (ring guard) for my wife. It was absolutely beautiful but needed to be resized due to her diamond engagement ring not fitting properly. Kevin promptly resized and sent it back along with a gift. Truly amazing product and very incredible customer service👍👍

I ordered a 18K diamond cross, a pair of diamond hoop earrings and a white gold chain. The chain was not available on their website so I emailed them to ask if they had it. And they fixed it. The communication was excellent! Fast response and helpful. The jewelry are very beautiful! I am happy with my order and I am looking forward to order more from them. P.s I even got a nice gift.

I ordered a lab-created diamond pendant necklace from Amazon and it ended up being too large. I called customer service and placed a custom order over the phone for a smaller stone and shorter chain. I am pleased with the product. I have read other reviews questioning the authenticity/quality of the products. I haven't taken it to a jeweler for verification but it looks very nice. I'm hoping it stands the test of time. I did notice the chain is different from the first chain I purchased, even though I ordered the same thing.
