DaVinci Vaporizer Tracking Order Status

They won't respond to my email request for order status. My order is lost. Update: The emails were going to my spam box. Be sure to check there if you email the company. They resent my order and it has arrived. Thank you DaVinci.

7 years on the unit plays up, quick chat online and all is resolved and my account is updated and they registered it to show with three more years of support, What a difference this experience was with nearly every other manufacturer out there

In March 2023 I had problems with battery charging on the IQ I bought 5 years before. I have contacted their customer service and they identified it as an issue with the charging chip. They have proposed that they send me brand new IQC and they did it so in few days. The communication with the woman from their customer service was awesome. The new IQC they sent me is a level better device then previous IQ, which i loved much too. Thanks DaVinci!

I do not understand where these bad review's are coming from ? I own an IQC & a Miqro , Love them both ! Did have a problem with the Miqro , sent it back on a thursday , got it back the next saturday repaired and working like I expected it too ! I have also sent msg's and received rapid , a helpful response every time , Have spoken to agent's on the phone with same result's ! Great People ! Great Product's ! Thank-You DaVinci ! Phillip

I have had my Da Vinci a few weeks now, the build quality is superb, nice and compact and easily fits in the palm of your hand, the massive drawback is the battery life, I fill up my bowl with herbs and it works fine for a few minutes, then the battery is flat, I don't even get to finish what's in the bowl, on the website it states the battery last 30 mins, this is absolute rubbish, mine lasts less than 5 mins, to be honest I'm highly disappointed with this after what was paid, I thought to myself I won't buy any old cheap vape and go for a bit of quality, so beware people the battery life is terrible. Also for some unknown reason it keeps switching itself off, all in all this product is rubbish for what I paid.
