Tried 4 or 5 times to contact through several email addresses about a mistake with an order. Also used their online contact tool. Never got a response. Could have phoned them I guess but feel I shouldn't have to and there was a photo attached of their error. Don't mind the mistake with the order but customer service is lacking!

My wife left a very un-subtle hint of what she wanted as a present, it was a large Swarovski Crystal figure. Being the good husband that I am I immediately went to the internet to search for it. I expected to be directed to the Swarovski home page, but luckily I saw a link to Davidshuttle.com, who not only had the fugure in stock and available for immediate delivery it was cheaper than buying from Swarovski direct. I ordered on line, it arrived 2 days later in very protective packaging and was in perfect condition. I was a very satisfied customer and my wife was a extremely happy recipient.

Ordered the Wedgwood 2022 Xmas Snowglobe at a price which was cheaper than Wedgwood’s own website. Ordered on 11th December and it arrived, as promised, in good time for Xmas. Item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Good communication and tracking information provided throughout the buying process. Very pleased and will certainly use David Shuttle again!
