Darphin Tracking Order Status

After leaving a not so pleasant review for a not so pleasant experience with Darphins on line chat and return process, I am able to happily update my experience. Darphin reached out to me and graciously resolved my return issue without anymore effort on my end. Although the product I purchased was not the right one for me, I am more likely to try their other products knowing the company does care about customer service and will strive to make improvements with processes where needed.

Très bonne marque. J'utilisais les différents types de sérum et de crèmes Darphin, ils sont tous efficaces (si on a besoin d'hydratation et de lissage de la peau). La dernière fois, j'ai testé Intral daily miccelar toner (un lotion visage), très bon produit avec un parfum agréable, nettoie et hydrate bien. Je trouve le prix un peu élevé, mais comme la qualité est toujours au top, ça s'explique.
