Dante Labs Tracking Order Status

I would like to warn potential future customers about the enormous waiting time. I am now waiting for more than 13 weeks instead of the 6 weeks that were promised at first. I was naïve enough to think that the initial backlog that was reported in the previous reviews has been resolved by increasing the production capacities at Dante Labs. But instead of investing in equipment they decided to fool their customers. Because right before placing the order I asked them specifically about the actual waiting times and they said that it would take 6 weeks. In 6 weeks they said that I have to wait for 12 weeks. And now I am beyond that term and the processing hasn't even started yet. Thus, they are fully aware of their insufficient capacities and still lie to their customers. But hey, it's certainly cheaper than investing in your capacity increase. I believe that eventually I will receive my results, but the way they are doing their business is deeply dishonest and unfair. I will post an update if/when I receive my results.

I am editing this review not because I have changed my mind but to let customers know that Dante Labs said they will try to make their advertisement clear. I did check with other friends that took the test and they felt the same as I that the advertisement should not list all of the different tests confusing the customer to think they will get those results. The test was easy although I was surprised that min was a spit in a tube and my husbands was a cheek swab. I wish it was consistent or at least the buyer can chose which one they want. The turn around was short , No problem. The problem I have is the advertising. It is very misleading. You think you are getting the test for all the list of diseases and conditions but what you get is about 30 to 40 then you have to buy the rest of them little by little. The ad says a full and complete but that means they have tested the full geonome. I could not get an explanation for this and have just had to guess that is what it is. I wish some one would be up front and tell it like it is. Reword the ad so we know what we get.

Fast delivery of product. Received results 6-7 weeks later. The results aligned with what I already knew about my health and family history, and also provided some new information that was useful. The results are quite comprehensive (couple hundred pages). Definitely interested in their other more specific tests.

Satisfied with my experience. Home collection kit was easy. My order was processed within the specified timeline. Customer service was helpful and responsive questions I had via email. I would order from Danta Labs again.

I received my kit promptly and it was easy to return. I received my results actually in just under the promised time frame and all of the panels that they provided me appeared to align perfectly with what I know about my own symptoms, family history and my traits and lifestyle. Very cool experience.
