Dan Murphy's Australia Tracking Order Status

I visited the store located at 3085 Marriott Waters and was served by a very helpful worker called Sandeep, whom I had mutiple great experiences being served by her in the past. From my experience she has great communication and people skills, that encouraged me to continue purchashing from this specific store. She was very knowledgeable in her expertise on what product would suit my taste and I enjoyed talking to her, due to her friendly nature and respectful approach. From John and Roslyn.

I was looking for imported beers and found that Dan Murphy was showing Heineken 330ml lager on their website as a Members Special and with country of origin as Netherlands. I am about 30km from my nearest store so I spent some time on the website making sure that I was looking at the right product (as most often this product is bottled here in Australia under licence - and it is not as good as the imported beer). I also used the Chat helper, but that provided no real help and I rang their 1300 number, but that was no help either - cannot speak to anyone, all automated. They do not publish their store phone numbers. So I took the "risk" and travelled the 30km only to find that it was locally brewed, which I could have bought down the street. This is tantamount to false advertising I believe. The young guy at the store (Mango Hill) was very helpful, but the "damage" had already been done. I think that Dan Murphy should be a little more careful with their product descriptions.

I ordered 3 cases of beer 7 days ago and they have just been delivered to my door. I live in Sarina qld. I read the reviews after I ordered the beer and was expecting a long wait as the site said delivery time was between 14 to 23 days. THANK YOU Dan Murphy's. I will order again when you have my beer on special again.

I ordered a case of six 1L bottles, I only received 5. And when I contacted live chat they told me the rest were on their way. Over 2 weeks later I emailed them and they told me I needed to send a photo of the box that was delivered before they could "help me further". Given the fact that I don't keep old boxes lying around my house, I was literally robbed out of $330. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of alcohol through Dan Murphy's over the years, but this will be my last order. EDIT: After reading my reviews they finally refunded me for the whole order including the bottle I received, which is nice of them and very appreciated. But won't be buying through them anymore as resolving delivery issues is too time consuming when they happen, which is admittedly rare, but not rare enough if you buy from them regularly. And the process can take days to weeks which I can't be bothered with. I'll just stick to my local bottleshop from now on
