I had an issue with a pair of shoes and sent some photographs explaining the issue. A collection was arranged and once the courier had picked up I was notified of the despatch. Unfortunately there was another problem, so the same was done a second time. The customer service supervisor was so helpful, very responsive and sorted everything easily. Although not ideal that there was an issue with the product, the service was first class and I’d have no doubts in ordering from there again. So very refreshing to receive such excellent service.
