After 3 years of regular use, my bag is still holding up nicely and barely looks gently used. Excellent quality totes.

Purchased multiple times from Dagne Dover. They have the best bags with lots of organizational compartments. Everything is well-thought out. I've only purchased different neoprene products like the Dakota backpack, the Micah crossbody, the Landon duffle bag, Mara phone sling, etc. They are all just as described (although I wish the Mara was bigger). Never had the need to contact customer service so I can't say much about that.

Great. I bought a fanny pack, love it and am waiting on a medium backpack for upcoming overseas travel and a Rubi crossbody bag in black, pondering on one in Rye now. Appears excellent quality, comfortable and looks great. Very happy and feel I have a new addiction. I'm very fussy with bags but these have me excited.
