Daebak Tracking Order Status

ORDERD A E GIFT CARD FOR A BIRTHDAY AND IT STILL ISNT COMPLETED

When I first ordered my shipments arrived kinda fast and erverything was ok... Then i ordered a few items again and i took almost A YEAR to get to me. I wrote them a few times an they said they were sorry so at first it was fione for me. But when the package arrived I´ve seen products that i didn´t ordered because they replaced items i ordered with other ones without asking. And i didn´t got any refund or a sorry...

I paid for their quarterly daebak box subscription. The first three boxes arrived OK. The fourth one (summer 2023) has yet to arrive. They used to reply to my emails with an apology and an excuse. Now they can't even be bothered with that. I also ordered a single CD from them in November. That hasn't shown up either, and I'm writing this in March 2024. The only reason I'm not giving a single star, is because I got three of the four boxes. Definitely go anywhere else. Well, now it's the end of May, two months since my initial review. I still haven't received a thing from Daebak except for a promise that I'll get everything I've paid for. Unfortunately, there was no mention of when I'll receive something. I haven't received a Daebak box since last summer's box. I also haven't received my Dreamcatcher CD that I ordered in November of 2023, even though their website says it's in stock and ready to ship. I wonder if they screw over the new customers, or is it only the earlier ones. Anyway, avoid this place like the plague.

There is much room for improvement. I took an annual subscription because of how wonderful I thought you were. Sadly it was downhill all the way from there. Boxes not sent, boxes sent months late, orders not fulfilled. I cancelled my subscription.

I was originally very happy with the service and products BUT this past year I paid for the subscription boxes, 4 in total and I have only received 1 box. I asked to cancel for 2024 since I did not get 2023 fulfilled but because they already took the money they said I cant cancel.
