CYMATICS Tracking Order Status

I purchased their infinity pack back in July of 2022. I’ve been waiting for its release for weeks and I was really excited for it. I even signed up to sms and email. They also did not put a price on it, but it was $297. They try to get you to drool over it for weeks and say that once it’s gone, it’s gone. When it was released, they said the first 200 people to purchase it gets a Gold USB. I didn’t want to miss out so even when I saw the price, I really hesitated. Gosh I wish I didn’t buy into it because I was one of the first 200 (I believe I was 126th or something, and I never received any USB. I should’ve sent them an email with a “hey where’s my USB?” But anyway, when I started downloading their files, two of them my antivirus won’t let me download. I thought “huh, that’s kinda sketchy”. There’s malware in their files and now I’m even more hesitant to unzip the files and let hell loose on my computer. This is a complete joke. A total waste of money. And an awful experience as a musician hoping for something good.
