Cycplus UK Tracking Order Status

Cycplus GPS Speedo. My unit sometimes takes 30 minutes to connect to a satellite and switches off after a few minutes of trying so has to be switched back on whilst riding to try again. My tiny Smartwatch has no problem connecting to a satellite instantly. Also Cyclpus switches off every time you stop. Absolutely useless for me so returned. Customer Service 'Steve' unhelpful.

I have had two dealings with Cycplus. On both occasions I received a result I did not expect. One the first occasion I had lost the connection to tyre. They replaced the item free of charge. On the second occasion I ordered an item to replace the lost item. It did not fit. It was difficult to send back and as a result wrote a poor review. How wrong I was. The company offered to refund the money without question and without me requesting a refund.i was happy to take the loss. In this changing world it is difficult to find a company with such a brilliant customer service. Cycplus is excellent to deal with and wish the company every success in the future. With their customer service that success is guaranteed.
