Cuts Clothing Tracking Order Status

Alejandro helped me with resolving an issue on a recent purchase of the Alpha Vest. The product had some fuzz developing on top of the left pocket within a few weeks of receiving the item. Alejandro requested a few pieces of information to enable a replacement piece to be sent to me.

Alejandro from Cuts has been very helpful with my issue of a wrong mailing address. He clearly laid out the steps to help me take care of this. Obviously, I would all want it to happened at super speed but the process is understandable and the response was pretty quick. I feel well informed. I am happy about this because my son loves these shirts. I am glad to know that the people who are in customer service are so helpful.

I kept seeing CUTS pop up on my instagram feed and I finally caved and I am so happy I did! I ordered a dress and I cannot wait to wear it. When I placed my order, I had accidentally sent it to wrong address. I quickly emailed support and asked that the ship-to address be changed. I received a response within 12 hours, during a HOLIDAY nonetheless. Alejandro was so extremely helpful in correcting my own mistake with my order and he was so ontop of it - he made sure he caught the order before it shipped so I could recieve it on time at my correct location. I think it speaks volumes to the company culture, the care for the brand and the people who run it. And especially the employees who so obviously care about people’s experience with the brand and are genuinely kind of helpful. I would recommend purchasing from CUTS every time and I know, personally, I will continue to do so.

Really good quality shirts, they last years and hold their own in the wardrobe. However they are pricey but if you get a discount it helps a lot
