Cute Booty Lounge Tracking Order Status

The pants are sooo cute and flattering but sadly the quality is not there...bought 3 pairs and they all fell apart within months of non regular use even with hand washing! I wish they could up the quality because for the price I expect so much better and they are cute!

They have a ton of cute styles and it's easy to see why they're so popular on instagram, but after buying and returning/exchanging several pairs, I can say the quality differs greatly between styles and most of the time, doesn't make sense for the price. There was ONE pair that actually fit true to size, looked flattering, had quality fabric and held up for several months. This pair was my go-to pair of leggings until I wore them out. The rest were too thin, the sizing was WAY off, or they just didn't look like they were built for my body type - it's obvious they cater to one type of shape, and you're SOL if that isn't you. Naturally, the one pair that DID work for me has been discontinued, and other colors with the same name are made of completely different fabric - you can't even rely on the "titles" of the pants, there's simply no consistency. I haven't found another pair with the same material since they discontinued it. The squiggly waistbands are cute but not practical, since I snagged it constantly on jewelry, and was never able to repair it. If I'm working out in these, I want them to be sturdy and unbreakable, and I shouldn't have to tip toe around the gym to make sure nothing touches them. Overall, if they still had that one pair available, I'd buy five of them to wear in rotation. But every other thing I've tried has been flimsy, unflattering, overpriced and sized wrong. They haven't updated their size chart in years and it's simply not accurate. Customer service is decent, I never had any issues there, at least. I've stopped buying from them and have moved on to other, more reliable brands that I can wash in the washer and not worry about ruining on day 1.

Cutebooty is not what it used to be. I used to be a very big fan, that was a frequent customer. The customer service is decent from my experience. I miss the materials of many of the leggings they made from years ago. The fabric is no longer the same. The leggings now are not the same as before, and lack the charm they once had. I do not think I will be ordering from them again, and just enjoy the ones from years ago that I still have.

The quality just isn’t there for the price. Waist band tears easily, some waist bands aren’t sewn in correctly, to expensive for poor quality
