Custom Picture Frames Tracking Order Status

Frame arrived on time and looks nice. I was disappointed that I did not receive the 30% discount I requested nor any reply to that request. Also, I think a notice with the shipment to remove the film from both sides of the acrylic would be helpful.

We had ordered from this company in the past with no issues, however this round of prints was severely discolored. The framing for the products we ordered was correct and looks great, but the photo printing is awful.

Was very happy with the frame very happy how it was packaged but was not very happy how they put the sticker on the glass of the logo it took forever to take it off and it still look a smudge

I ordered several sample backgrounds for the shadow box frames I was interested in. The background selection and frames I ultimately ordered arrived well packed. They were perfect for my framed vintage pennants. The frames look much heavier than they are; I was able to hang on the wall with heavy duty command strips.
