High quality and great customer…

High quality and great customer service. After I placed order the CD customer service team contacted me to confirm because they noticed I was in NZ but the lights I ordered only fitted US model Harley’s. They pointed me to the current version and cancelled my original order without charge. Very responsive to emails and very helpful. Highly recommended. Just make sure you order parts to fit HDI models if not in US.

Utrolig dårlig kundeservice, hvor de bla. forsøger at lokke kunden til at sende billedID samt både for- og bagside af dit kreditkort for bekræftigelse af din identitet. Har forgæves forsøgt at få dem til nærmere at forklare hvad de skulle bruge billede af kreditkort til. Ved dog ikke om deres produkter er mere troværdige end deres fremgangsmåde.
