Ordered phone on line. Visited store to pick up. On request, they confirmed could offer a Set Up Service for my new phone for a fee. Very informative assistant who transferred data from old phone to new. Was able to use new phone pretty much as usual on completion and also had a few queries clarified. Very pleased with product and Set Up Service.

Bina was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She was able to provide impartial information that helped in our decision making. Delivery on time by friendly staff.

I felt pressured to buy a camera that was not suitable for my needs. I want a compact camera with a decent zoom, but the one offered had a very poor zoom function

Purchasing and the salesperson on the day was excellent but I wished to contact the store for after sales advice directly with sales person and was unable to achieve this, this was to avoid a wasted journey/time etc. as your helpline could not assist.
