Absolutely Loved the Christmas Gifts Collection. Ordered gifts for my family, friends and myself on the occasion of Christmas. Shipments delivery was on time and the quality is superb. Thank you Current.

As others have complained, the sneaky shipping surcharge was added. I wouldn't complain if the shipping was remotely timely. My order was placed on Dec 28th, and I received it, Jan 16th. BTW FedEx said I was getting delivery for the past 4 days. In Oct I ordered cards and address labels that were of average quality, so I placed another order for the following year. The address labels are half the thickness of the previous ones. How is it possible that the quality changed so dramatically in 3 months!! When I called to complain they offered me a discount on a new order. No thank you!!

This company has always been slow to ship but this time seems the worst. I'm so sick of checking the status every day and it just keeps saying "fulfillment". I assume they must always be short staffed. I love some of their products but super slow shipping irks me. It's not even the shipping itself so much, it's the time it takes before they ship. As someone else mentioned, in the meantime some of your items become "out of stock" by time they fill your order. I feel like I need to do picture searches and pay more to get their products through third parties. Ugh! p.s. It has been 2-1/2 weeks since ordering. Some may think that's not very long? I do a lot of online ordering and everyone else ships out in 2 or 3 days max and I get my stuff in a week or less. UPDATE: The day after I wrote this I received notice that my order was shipped and today (Jan. 22) I received my order. I feel I may have been a little harsh in my review. I do love their products and I think I need to accept the fact that they are slow to fulfill/ship if I want to keep ordering from them (which I do). I have changed it from 1 star to 4.

I tried to order address labels. I was told I would get a 20% discount + free shipping. When I checked out, I was not permitted to review my personalized address labels which seems sloppy on their part. I checked out anyway and paid by credit card. What irks me however is a $2.99 shipping surcharge was added to the final bill yet hidden from the itemization at check out. I am peeved. UPDATE: On Dec. 18 the labels finally arrived; I was also given a courtesy credit for the sneaky surcharge. While I cannot use the labels for this year’s Christmas letters, I have them now for next year. Moving from 1 star to 3 stars.

I loved their birthday card catalog. They have products available at great prices with good sales. The shipping was excellent.Usually can get free or low cost shipping.
