Currentbody HK Tracking Order Status

I have placed an order on 1 Jan, when I selected the address drawdown, the building name was there however it disappeared in the final address. After having paid and realized this, I immediately sent an email to current body asking to modify my address. However only after a few days that I received reply saying they cannot help to change the address (excuse me?) and I need to contact the delivery company. Therefore I called the delivery company and they asked my to write an email. After writing an email I received no response. Today I received an email from HK post saying that my delivery cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect. The package will be sent back to the sender. I tired to call up the HK post but they said I need to contact the sender and there is nothing they can do. I wrote email to Current Body customer service again, because the live chat is always not responsive, and there is no phone number to call. The customer service saying there is nothing they can guarantee the delivery (excuse me?). I am truly speechless by this experience and already regretting making the purchase given how disappointing the customer service has been. It has been almost a week and I have no faith that I could even receive the product... Definitely not worth the hassle! I highly suggest just don't buy this thing given how much risk you would be put into by the uselessness of their customer service and delivery service!

DO NOT BUY THE LED MASK 4-in-1 I have been using another brand for years and had great result but this absolutely burnt my face! I followed the instructions religiously and thought maybe it’s my other skincare products. My first skin reaction was so bad that it took me a month to even looked normal. Once it cleared, I tried again, same thing happened, at that time, I couldn’t get refund anymore. So I held the tiniest hope that my skin allergy had nothing to do with that, Nope I was wrong, it burnt me even though I just put it on for 5 minutes. It also happened to some of my friends, blacklist! I registered Trustpilot just to leave this comment. Do not buy no matter what you see from influencers.

I ordered a maternity tens unit from Current Body as I needed my item ASAP and the site offered 3-5 days delivery. It's now been 10 days since I placed my order and there is still no sign of the item. I had been sent a tracking number, but when I search for the parcel, it says that no such parcel exists. I've also tried to reach out to Current Body multiple times and have not received a response. *Update* After receiving a reply from customer service in response to my review for 'Currentbody.com' on Trustpilot, I was able to receive my package within a day, so I greatly appreciate the prompt reply and assistance. Despite this, there is definitely room for improvement given my multiple messages through the contact form went unanswered, and the issue with delivery was due to an incorrect tracking link being sent out.
