CultureFly Tracking Order Status

If you're a collector and looking to get your box intact with the plastic wrapper still on then avoid this at all costs. It arrived in no box to protect it so the collector box itself was damaged and folded in some areas. The plastic had to be removed as they put all their shipping label stuff on there so it was impossible to remove without ripping off the actual plastic wrapper. Shipping also took way longer than advertised however, it was during holidays so maybe that has a factor. Items inside are nice and as advertised but as a collector, I was highly disappointed in this :( are they so cheap that they cannot afford a darn box to protect the product?

I subbed to the Pusheen box quad-yearly. Four boxes a year it was supposed to be, seasonal that is. But I do sub per season, and I do it through Amazon. I had heard so many bad things about this company but I decided to try it anyway. The first Winter box came on time, and an item was broken. I wrote them an email through Amazon about it and they immediately sent me another one - which was broken lol. I still appreciate that they did that, regardless. So I bought another seasonal box. Well this one is late, and the tracking number through FedEx says they haven't even gotten the parcel yet. I'm going to give it until the end of the refund period, but the reason I order through Amazon is that the company forces a refund regardless of what's wrong if the package is late. I don't *need* to talk to CluterFlys customer service. I would suggest y'all do the same. Cover your butts. Make sure you can't get screwed over.

i've has a number of boxes off these folks and considering it ships to the UK the box and it's contents are awesome

I’m really surprised at the bad reviews!! The only issue I’ve ever had was my Supernatural box shipping a month late before, and the new Star Wars one being 2 months late. But I’ve loved many everything in the boxes I’ve gotten so far!!! I’ll keep being there as long as they keep sending awesome unique taste items!!! Thank you culturefly for all the cool stuff!!!!

I am surprised with all the negative reviews. I actually love this company and the boxes they have. Received what I was supposed to and was fun to open.
