Cult Gaia Tracking Order Status

I've bought 2 bags from CG. (One a sale item, the other full priced). I live in Australia so it's international. They've come fast and both been in perfect condition. I've used them several times and am now obsessed with this brand!

I find cult gaia a really inspiring brand. Recently I visited their Miami pop up and was blown away by the amazing designs and lovely sales assistants. I tried on lots of pieces and it was a struggle to make a choice as so many of the items fit so well and were really unique. I ended up buying a beautiful gown and i can't wait to return to their store one day.

I had ordered a bikini that I needed for at vacation in just a few days. I was scared it wouldn't arrive on time, so I mailed them and they made sure to make is a rush shipment. I got the items the following business day, which is amazing as I reside in Europe. I also did not need to pay any taxes or duties, so I am completely satisfied. One minor note is though that they only accept returns from within US, so if you're ordering from outside of US be aware of that.

Cult Gaia is a shady company with no customer service. They portray an image of being trendy and professional, but it’s all fake. Here is my experience from buying a dress from their site. They have no customer service: 1) I called them. The phone number on their website goes to a cell phone voicemail. 2) I tried the live chat feature on their website. It doesn’t work. It’s for show only. 3) I emailed them. They responded 4 days later. They have scummy marketing tactics: 1) The 10% off pop-up on their site is a gimic to get your email. They will not give 10% off. I tried the code. It says not applicable. Many other reviews mention the same. It’s a scam. 2) I’ve been getting spam emails from them daily. I mark their email as spam on my Google account, yet another email goes to my inbox the next day. They have a shady tactic to avoid spam on Google. I had to set a filter to block their email from my inbox. They have zero customer service and shady marketing tactics. It’s unfortunate because their clothes are nice, but it makes me super skeptical of the quality of their items. Beware before buying from this new company. It’s obvious that profits are prioritized and they don’t care one bit about customers.

Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 dresses to try on and return and the return policy as stated in their website is 14 days since delivery receipt and the software they use is mistaken because I'm within the 14 day window. The specific items on the product page has a section for returns and it doesn't say anything on the product page either specifying when it has to be returned! UPDATE: After calling the in-person store to escalate my situation to corporate, i got my emails addressed and got a shipping return label for my items. Not having numbers and such a tight return window is crazy because they are not speedy in their response
