Cuemath Tracking Order Status

I am so happy that I found Nupur Goyal through Cuemath. When my child was struggling with complex fractions, I decided to get a tutor, and I am so glad I was referred to Cuemath .The person who referred me insisted that I should request Nupur Goyal as our math teacher ,since both her kids thoroughly enjoy the classes with Nupur.Since then my child has developed such a strong interest in the subject and actually loves math now. Nupur has a wonderful way of explaining concepts, making them easy to understand, and most importantly, making learning enjoyable. The bond between my child and Nupur is amazing ;it is evident that she is not only a fantastic teacher but also someone who genuinely cares about her students’ progress. Cuemath has been around for the last five years, and while I’ve noticed upgrades in areas like the website, teachers, and the options available for parents, the administration team remains unchanged. Unfortunately, you seem unwilling to take feedback or act on it. While you listen to parents, there’s no real support offered. The only time you actively engage with parents is during renewal or when onboarding new members. However, once the renewal is complete, any issues that arise are simply ignored. For instance, I paid for extra books, but they never reached me. When I followed up, I received no response, and the matter was still unresolved during my next renewal. On another occasion, you asked for a referral, and I provided my friend’s details. Within two days, your team repeatedly called her to the point of annoyance. She described the experience as “such a pain.” Worse still, after a few days, she started receiving calls from other learning platforms, which she traced back to this interaction. This left me embarrassed and being blamed for sharing her information. I’m disappointed that my contact details were shared with other platforms without my consent, resulting in constant, unsolicited calls. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Because of such experiences, I will never recommend Cuemath to anyone. Instead, I would encourage others to explore local options like Best Brains, which my friend runs. The only reason I renewed this year is that my daughter loves her teacher, and my husband insisted on continuing. However, Cuemath is not irreplaceable, and I’m seriously considering other options in the future.
