Charles Tyrwhitt Tracking Order Status

Today I visited your BlueWater Store. I was struggling to find a shirt that would fit in other shops. I spoke with the shop assistant Harry and he measured me correctly and gave me a couple of shirts to try the fit. He recommended the fit and sizes etc. I purchased the shirt mainly on his customer service and recommendations. He is a credit to your business.

Amazon delivery never arrived, even though Amazon said it did - chat line on CT fixed a delivery via DPD to the Post Office very quickly. Good recovery.

When dealing with Charles Tyrwhitt, it feels like they know what I need and have prepared to give it to me. Everything I did with them was smooth, from purchase to returns. Their system for purchasing and returns is brilliant and customer service easy and helpful

Chat representative was great. But the mailed brochure is not clearly coordinated with the products on the website.
