When dealing with Charles Tyrwhitt, it feels like they know what I need and have prepared to give it to me. Everything I did with them was smooth, from purchase to returns. Their system for purchasing and returns is brilliant and customer service easy and helpful

Chat representative was great. But the mailed brochure is not clearly coordinated with the products on the website.

I was really disappointed with the shirt I received from CT. The shirt was advertised as "non-iron" but it was anything but. After following wash care instructions to the letter, the shirt looked like it had been slept in all night. Ironing did not help. The arm creases on the shirt were misaligned with the sewn in cuff creases making it impossible to get a clean arm crease on the shirt. without it being really off-centred. This looks ridiculous on a shirt and I would be embarrassed to take my jacket off! The neck size was also very tight and a half size smaller than the shirt label. Poor quality tailoring altogether. CT has a very jazzy and upmarket website but this shirt did not match up to the hype. I was very let down as I trusted the website and am now left running around looking for a shirt for my function tomorrow. The after sales team (Elliot) however was excellent and has accepted return of the poor quality shirt without question. Whilst this is commendable customer service, the damage has already been done and CT must understand the misery caused by products not living up to the exaggerated website claims. 2 stars for good customer service but will not be let down by CT again and will buy my shirts elsewhere from now on. Really, really disappointed.
