Crystal Ski Holidays Tracking Order Status

Crystal are ok as a ski company but don’t really know how to show loyalty to customers who are loyal to them. We booked a holiday and literally the next day they released a 2 for 1 offer on ski passes. I asked them if we could have the deal but they wouldn’t hear of it, took a very ‘tough s**t’ attitude, even though we’ve used them multiple times and just the year before. So I’d say they ok but don’t choose them over any other tour operator as it’s knowing how to treat your loyal customers well that gives the differentiation.

The agent was hard work and did not explain things clearly

Really easy to book everything together.....only wish I had waited 2 more days and I would have got 2 for 1 Lift Passes and Saved over £300

I found booking on Crystal Ski web site really easy and downloaded their app to keep up to date with my holiday booking.

Did exactly as I requested and booked my holiday to suit my requirements exactly.
