I'm a long-time customer and use Crucial memory whenever possible. I feel confident that I'm best serving the needs of my clients because of the quality and dependability of Crucial products.

Got the memory and installed it works great. The only problem was it sat at the post office for 2 days before they delivered it.

I would have liked to select the method of delivery for my purchase. I was told by customer service that Crucial selects the least expensive method in order to offer a discount. According to tracking online, the item spent days sitting 30 miles from my home waiting to be delivered. If I had chosen the shipping method, I would have paid extra to get it in far less time.

Products are priced at market. In this market, it would be lower than the retailers! Excellent value direct from the source!
