Crown Awards Tracking Order Status

I happened to go to the Crown Awards website when I was looking for trophies to give out at my annual Easter party. No stores around me sold what I was looking for. I noticed their rabbit trophy was adorable and was exactly what I was looking for. I called customer service and the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and very helpful. He helped me fulfill my order for 12 trophies. The delivery was fast and the product was good quality and inscribed correctly. Everyone at my Easter Hunt loved the trophies. I would highly recommend Crown Awards for service and product.

Crown Awards provides fast turnaround on orders. Unfortunately, not sure how the glitch happened since my shipping address is store online and had ordered in the past. The order was delivered to wrong city. We tried reaching out to both Crown Awards and Fedex, they could not help retrieve the order. They got my money and couldn't go beyond and assist retrieving order or offer a discount on on reorder. As a small business owner, we've always go above and beyond to help our customers regardless of type of glitch. Only received a small discount on shipping. Had to spend $1,000 total for a $500 order. Our business had to pay again to reorder. A little bit disappointed with the experience. May use Crown Awards in future but will have to wait a while.

The variety of plaques that is available to choose from. The self check as I go through to help me make sure I am spelling every word correctly. The confirmation notices received through each process and when I am done going through the ordering process, the email confirmations that comes quick. The best part is after the order is processed I receive my order within 3 days!! Faster than Amazon Prime! And this my 2nd time ordering. I am going to keep this company for all my future awards to come. I like CROWN!!

A last-minute decision was made to buy plaques for our board members at an upcoming event. I went on a google search and landed on Crown Awards after looking at another name-brand company. I found exactly what I wanted at a price that wouldn't break the bank. They arrived on time and looked identical to what was described. I am delighted and would recommend it!
