CCrowley Marine Tracking Order Status

ordered a small part for my boat iin July. They said they had it in stock on the website at the time of order. A week later get a email saying it's not in stock and expect delivery in mid August. Mid August got another email saying backordered expect delivery first week in September. In September, get another message saying don't expect delivery to the end September. Complete BS don't order from this company.

Nothing but praise for Crowley Marine especially Andy Nasser who dealt with my queries about an old 2stroke mariner outboard and confirmed that the parts I ordered where correct for my outboard. Great support and service

Fantastic experience. Fuel enrichener solenoid valve for 150 HP Merc 2-stroke delivered to the door in Melbourne Australia 10-days from Order. (Local Merc distributors in Melbourne were quoting 3- months because Mercury Marine Australia was waiting to fill a container before it sourced the goods from Mercury USA . The part I ordered direct from Crowley was a little more expensive (AUD 15.00) than the locally sourced part due to poor exchange rate and airfreight cost but who cares - at least I got it in the peak of our summer season. 10/10 Crowley!!! - it was a pleasure ordering from you!!!

Ordered from France and due to 1 item on back order and Covid 19 the order took a while as it was sent parcel economy post. Staff Andy and Manny were pleasant and professional to deal with my on going enquiries for the last few months. Items just arrived today and extremely pleased. I would definitely re-order in the future. A.M France
