Crocus Tracking Order Status

My first order never arrived. Although they were sent out again part of the order was then out of stock. I feel it is just the norm' for deliveries to be poor and 'suck it up customer!'

I recently received three plants from Crocus, all packaged together. All looked really healthy and vigorous. The packaging was extremely good ensuring all the plants arrived in perfect condition, leaving me feeling well pleased.

I've been really impressed with the quality of the products I have received from Crocus. Regrettably I have deducted 1 star because of the delivery service from your chosen courier Yodel. I was advised that they had tried to deliver but the parcel was refused. This was untrue. Then they advised they needed more info about my address even though they managed to deliver my previous order. I provided what3words. I was then told the package was damaged and would need repacking. Some days later I eventually received the order. Goodness knows what had been going on. Not impressed with Yodel. Incidentally their tracking history has changed since and there is no mention of them trying to deliver and it being refused now.

I'm happy with Crocus. They sent new plants when the ones I had were no good. Its not the cheapest, but the range is good, delivery is fine and my plants are growing. I chose Crocus because they grow plants outside so they ought to be pretty tough. I'll see how mine survive the winter.
