Crew Clothing Tracking Order Status

I didn't subscribe to emails but got them anyway. I unsubscribed 4 times but I still get daily adverts. I now have to block all their email addresses (as email addresses are "no reply".

So i hadn't really tried these clothes before but my brother took me here. I'm not into looking very edgy and I just needed something for smart-comfortable around the office. If that's your wheelhouse this is the place for you. I like that sales are pretty frequent and the jumpers/coats are of solid quality. Solid recommendation.

Bought a jumper for my partner over a week ago. The first parcel went missing - not sure how, but when I brought it to the support team's attention a replacement was immediately sent out and arrived within a day. The item is of excellent quality and a good fit and can't fault the response from the support agent. Would definitely recommend it! Nice to be writing about good customer service - will buy again

I'm really quite loyal to brands that I like. Formally a Jack Wills customer, over the past few years I had become increasingly bored and disappointed with the range and quality of the brand. Therefore it was refreshing to discovered CCC while on a trip to Padstow, Cornwall, in January 2022. I was impressed with the design and quality of the clothing and the staff were friendly and helpful. In the year or so since then i've become a fan of CCC. In fact almost my entire day-to-day wardrobe is now CCC and i'm very pleased with the style, quality and service. Frequent emails keep me informed of new lines and sale items. I've never been disappointed or found the need to return anything. My only wish would be that they design mens hoodies in more exciting colours (not just blue and grey)!

As a Crew Clothing customer for a number of years and as someone who has bought a lot of the company's products I feel I am knowledgeable enough to write an honest review. Crew, of course, are a lifestyle brand pitching itself alongside the likes of Ralph Lauren and Lacoste. Generally their prices are lower than those of their competitors which is a big plus point. The problems for me however, is in some of the quality and sizing. For example I buy xl shirts, polo's and rugby shirts but although not especially tall (5 foot 10) the clothing seems quite short in the body. Also the sizing can be very hit and miss. The greatest issue I have is with some of the quality. I own a huge amount of their polo shirts and most (even though washed at the correct temperature) start fading after the first wash, a problem I do not encounter with either my Ralph Lauren or Lacoste polo's. Indeed I own polo's from Ralph Lauren that are over 10 years old that have kept the colour better than my new Crew polo's. The rugby shirts are very bad to wash as all seem to shrink so a £60 plus rugby shirt shrinks quite badly after one wash. Lastly I have had a couple of Crew jackets and both have come apart badly, one after one wear with very poor stitching and quality. I did get a quick refund though!
