They helped me really good, after a complaint that i didn't get my sneakerbag. The courier ''lost'' it. They will send me another one and a refund of 50%

I ordered some new products a new Crep Protect customer and they arrived on Tuesday this week. I found that the Leather Conditioner was not functioning as advertised, so I contacted the team at Crep Protect. Within a short period of time, they quickly resolved the issue and sent out a new product which arrived this morning (Saturday). Completely hassle free and fantastic customer service!
