Credit Sesame Tracking Order Status

This is the bixxxch account that are crooks damn stupid security I deposit cash and they have lock my account it cash see how low these company are and the gov dont so a thing about it. Freaken thief that how the have money. I hope their family gets the karma and become handicap low life

Customer service insists that the e-mail you send an inquiry from must match what is on the Credit Sesame website. My email is a forwarder, so I am unable to originate an email from the address on their website. They refuse to provide an alternative way to opt-out of binding arbitration by mail, even after being asked three times, and then finally threatened with account closure. Very inept, and non-responsive customer service. I would hate to have a problem with the funds in my Spend account, as I am guessing this would be a communication nightmare. BEWARE!!

I started with them few months after I left some other credit company that didn't provide any result. I was with them for more than 6 months and they also couldn't make anything happen. It's really sad that these companies don't have anything solid to offer. At this point i believe it is better to have your credit fixed by one's hand and actions.

I JOINED CREDIT SESAME ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND HAVE CREDIT BUILDER ACCT. AND YES MY CREDIT HAS GREATLY IMPROVED BUT THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WITH A LIVE PERSON. IM SO TIRED OF MESSAGING A COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP..IT TAKES WAY TO LONG! I JUST GOOGLE CREDIT SESAME CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER AND A REAL PERSON PICKS UP AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY NICE .SO GOOD JOB CREDIT SESAME..DONT EVER LOOSE THAT PERSONAL TOUCH!! Just started with credit sesame so I don’t know what to expect for those who don’t know you can get free credit report from equfax transunion and experian you just have to call them of course you have to pay for scores and each company may have a different score it might be 700 at equfax and 720 at experian the score are not the same across all. Sometimes an account might be missing from one of your reports which will cause a 10 or 20 point different
