Creation Crate Tracking Order Status

I'm excited about the project but the order webpage was difficult to use. I had to contact support a couple of times, and even then didn't get my order submitted as I wanted.

Some of the component parts were on back order so I did get a little worried that it may not make it in time for my grandsons birthday. That's the only reason I didn't give all 5 stars although I understand it's sometimes out of your control. I wasn't told it was going to be a couple weeks before you could ship out the order complete until I had already submitted my order. It would be an improvement to be given some alert so I could possibly make another selection before the order was final

Great shipping and came on time. Well packed a looks like a great project! Will definitely update once I complete the lesson and project!

I placed my order in August and only a few days ago got a notification that it had even shipped. For something I paid about $1000 for, I just wouldn’t have expected it to take multiple weeks to be delivered. I was surprised to get an email asking me to rate my experience before I’ve even received the product.

Extremely disappointed in the mailing of his bday gift. It is 5 so days after his bday, 10 after ordering and still have not received it. For the cost and the promise of 3 to 5 days on the website we are extremely disappointed. We were going to buy more sets for Christmas but I am not to sure about that purchase now. Hope their worth the wait😫
