Creality Tracking Order Status

Purchased a brand new Ender 3 V2 from their site which took 2 weeks to arrive. All well and good, till I put it together and one of the axes didn't work. So they made me plug and unplug this and that and they then tell me they have to send me a new cable. So I thought heck I'll find one in the meantime so I can print. To no avail as the printer still didn't work. So again back and forth on chat and this time, it's the motherboard. So I am now 19 days in from when I placed my order and I now have to wait another 7-15 (more likely to be 15) days to receive a new motherboard. Something that could have easily been avoided if they did a quick set up and checked everything worked before sending them out. UPDATE 21/04/2023: A new motherboard was sent within a couple of days of posting this and it is now working.

Amazing service. They were very fast and did everything they could to answer my questions and solve my problems. They even contacted other employees of the company to help solve the problem. Fast response times, and amazing help. 5/5.

Leider bietet die "Firma" keinen Support an. Ich habe einen Drucker erhalten bei dem eine Kunststoffabdeckung gerissen ist. Ich habe versucht per Chat und Mail Ersatz zu bekommen. Update. Es hat lange gedauert, aber nach einiger Zeit habe ich Ersatz für das defekte Teil erhalten.

Ordered a new Creality Ender-5 S1 in the new year sale. Was initially concerned by the reviews on here but as it's very new and few stores have it or have it as pre-order I went ahead. I was informed it would be shipped via DPD and it arrived 2 days later. I can't say anything about support as I've not needed to contact them. The printer itself is fabulous though. Updated the firmware eventually following a youtube titled "Service tutorial Ender - 5 S1 flashing the firmware" as the provided instructions were a bit baffling. USB connection to PC seems to be a bit picky too, on my PC I needed to use the USB3 speed ports, but got there in the end.

I was a bit worried at first based on the Trustpilot reviews. Creality could do better in terms of communication and delivery, however the printer quality exceeded my expectations. The print details are amazing. I really enjoyed that using their software I could send the 3D model directly to the printer.
