to All I admire ALL of CDs support staff. Firstly - they have to deal with frustrated users. Frustration can be caused by a variety of reasons: 1 - the user thinks he/she knows more than they actually do 2 - Network controls maybe blocking --- that the user has NO awareness of ....( CD staff also ... But not caused by CD ) 3 - If the user has multiple accounts -- confusing can reign simple b/c of number of windows the user has open. 4 - The general complexity of DOMAIN technology & associated services. IE ...who knows that "www dot example.com" is not a real identity. It is an alias. "example.com" is the real identity. 5 - Legacy products can have different configurations than the current. Secondly - they have the experience & patience to deal with all the issues. Thirdly - they are ABSOLUTELY COMMITTED to Customer Satisfaction Forthly --- So in Simple terms: They are dealing with Dummies on Complicated issues...... NOT an EASY TASK!!!! Cheers Roger PS .
