Crave Mattress Tracking Order Status

It's been over a week on a bed frame which says 2 to 5 days it has been 9 days and I have sent multiple emails with no response and no update.

The product gets a 5. Good quality, easy to assemble. Service gets a 1. Very frustrated to order and pay for the product on July 13 and not receive the product until July 31 with no updates between. It seems that the product did not get processed to ship until I sent an email on July 25 asking when it would arrive. We had houseguests on July 31 and got the foundation two hours before they arrived. It was very stressful getting it assembled and getting the bed out together and clean everything up before our guests arrived.

The most comfortable night of sleep I’ve had. I purchased a Crave mattress and adjustable base and I couldn’t be happier! The zero-g setting on the adjustable base is incredible. All of the little back pains and aches seem to go away. The mattress is just the perfect combination of smushy and springy. The foam provides comfort and the springs support. I’ve had other mattresses that have cost 3x as much and they were not nearly this nice or comfortable.
