Craighill designs and creates everyday things, like decorative items and metal puzzles. My favorites are their high quality metal puzzles. I recently bought a bundle offer with multiple puzzles, but found one of the puzzles quite tight and hard to disable and assemble. I reached out to their customer support, where I was immediately offered a replacement puzzle send to me free of charge. The replacement puzzle was in perfect condition. And I must add, that of all metal puzzles are of the absolute highest quality and a joy to play with. And should a mistake happen, it is good to know that you are meet with a great customer service, dedicated to ensuring happy customers.
