Craftsman Tracking Order Status

Recently contacted them for warranty replacement of some screw drivers some of which were purchased @ Sears 35+ years ago. The customer service experience was great and where items were no longer available, they offered comparable replacements. Which were received in a couple of weeks. Like most, I am not happy that many items are made in China these days but there isn't much I can do about right now and many of the US companies have little choice if they want to remain competitive. I think it's going to change soon and in the interim I will continue to purchase & support the Craftsman brand.

Excellent warranty support. My two year old tool box broke down. I took pictures and sent an email to customer support at craftsman. I got an email that requested some more details of the product. Even though I did not have the original receipt, they honored the warranty and sent me a new replacement tool box. A very positive experience for me.

Craftsman has great products and guarantee, but by the same token there customer service Is the worst,they don't reply to emails and when they do they respond with a generic email saying you email has been received but no follow up or any kind of response to issue.

Everything you need to take care of yourself and do it yourself jobs in your house, then something really needs to take over in that matter. How we really can go with that? I am totally devastated on so many reasons cause I didn't bought anything here.

Feel nice and good, time will tell. The pliers have very good teeth to grip things.
