Craft Gin Club Tracking Order Status

The club gives us a great way of trying gins we otherwise would not try. It's the favorite time of the month when it arrives and always a surprise to see what we will get. I have discovered many gins that I now still drink. I would be lying if I said I loved every gin I get, but that's the risk you take as we are all different with different tastes. One complaint I do have about the Gin Club is the rewards scheme. I have considered using it but it is so complicated it is probably not worth having. it is almost impossible to use without ordering a lot of product whilst only being able to redeem a small amount of points.

It would be very simple for the cancellation process to be entirely within the website but instead they insist you call them so you have to wait on hold until you finally get through to someone who then tries to convince you to stay. No other major complaints but I probably would have rejoined at some point had the cancellation process not been unnecessarily convoluted.

I've been a Craft Gin Club member for a number of years and still enjoy getting a new gin....I have my favourites but it's always great to try something new.

Too many free sample snacks to lard out the pack. You get paid to include them so as to publicise them -- or at least get them free, if you've got half a brain! -- and we pay the extra on top of the bottle of gin. How naïve do you think we all are?

Been a member since the beginning, and what started out as a quarterly for my husband for Christmas one year has kept running. He's always excited to see what's in the package as am I, despite not being a gin drinker myself. The package is always well curated and I particularly love the snacks and we have sometimes bought them separately too. It's great value for a quarterly treat. The magazine is a good read too.
