Excellent products. They are great with quality and maintaining their customer service. I really enjoy their moisturiser and find it goes on my skin nicely.

My order arrived with a mistaken item, so I contacted customer service. Crabtree&Evelyn has great customer service. Thanks for Isabel processing my issue quickly. I had problem using my store gift/credit card online after realizing no stores exist anymore. I couldn't find customer contact phone number, but be able to contact them through their FB webpage message. They response very fast, Isabel solved my problem, I be able to use my store card and got C&E product I want (btw, I love their La Source product). Thank you !
